Realistic train workings, great, vivid colours. The background (photography?) is of a beautiful mountain landscape, very lovely. I love just watching it when I don't use the computer.
Cons
The windows aren't see-through, which makes it not as realistic. Everything repeats a little too soon, but is still great. Since it is supposedly a coal fired engine, there should be coal or wood in the 'tender' car behind the engine.
Summary
All in all, I am extremely happy with this screen saver. It is fun to watch, very cute and quite realistic. The colours of the train itself are vivid, without being tacky. The wheels appear to really be turning, and the pistons are very realistic, as is the smoke coming from the chimney.
It would be nice if there was sound to it, too, that you could choose to turn on or off (or down).
I do recommend this screensaver to anyone who likes something wintery and whimsical, and enjoys watching trains.
