Manage your application windows with three buttons.
Keep your application windows under control. WinUtil adds three buttons to your window headers. The H button hides the window without putting a tab in your task bar The A button keeps the window on top of all other windows. The T button makes a window transparent.
does not have many options. The hotkeys options are grayed out. Wish I could just hide 1 excel window instead of all of them or hide them all at once. It does not handle multiple excel windows well. They don't offer much in support/Help files.
Summary
This program works well enough that I have not changed to another.

Pros
it works... kind of. It's small program size.
Cons
it works when the buttons don't go haywire. in the 5 mins of playing with it after install, it crashed. the buttons sometimes also pop up on things like START pop up menu. The buttons are sometimes misalighned. The "H""A""T" butons are too close to each other. I don't think i care to have the H and the T button. H button is not to usefull when it's so small and it's emergency. Better to use a hot key for that kinda stuff. T button, who cares about transparency. Just make a good solid on top button damn it.

Pros
Does exactly what it says it does and nothing else. Simple and intuitive buttons.
Cons
On small windows, the buttons can get in the way of moving the window. Still an A+ job.

Super-handy: hide/always topped/transparent

Pros
Great little utility that helps you control your windows. I use it all the time to keep my calculator on top of another window. Also great for hiding annoying windows that won't otherwise go away. The transparency function works great, too, I just don't use it much.
Cons
There's a hotkey to hide all windows, sort of a "the boss is coming" button, but I can't change the setting for some reason. It's set to ctrl-A which usually means "select all", so I lose that functionality when using WinUtil. It's supposed to be changeable, but mine is greyed out.

Great addition to your windows

Try this with MSN, or Aol IM. Auto-top and 90 percent your transparency level for chatbox. Now see what your friensd are saying while still browsing the net. Still in development, but it won't cause your system to crash or anything. It's only going to get better. Bad thing it adds HAT to EVERY windows, but i'm used to it now. The skins set back to default after a boot, besides that its great.
does intended job, buttons occasionally linger after close

Works and is free!
I use winmx's own minimize to tray function and found that WinUtil's butons lingered after I minimized winmx until I opened another application.
