This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I first tried Wiitransfer months ago and thought it pretty good but then didn't use it. When I tired it again recently it showed everything but the music. I contacted the developer who promptly sent me a beta version which crashed on startup. He then sent me a fixed version and it didn't crash but still didn't show the music. Movies, pictures were there, but no music. After a little discourse it works when the application is restarted. The developer will soon fix that too. What a great application and what even better service. Can't say enough good words. Well worth the price.

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />It took at least 10 tries to get the wii to see my Intel iMac, each time entering exactly the same IP address! Once connected, movie streaming was extremely jerky. Unwatchable. Next, the SD card option which converts the movie directly to the SD card didn't work because the wii wouldn't recognize the movie format on the card when inserted. Several attempts with this approach as well.

I haven't tried the game backup feature yet, though. I wish the developer made it more clear that the game backup requires physically moving a card from the Wii to the Mac. At first I thought the backup could happen wirelessly somehow.
