WebcamOnTop will accept the URL of most any Web-enabled camera but was specifically designed to work with WebcamXP software or the AXIS family of cameras/video servers. Also useful to display network monitors, weather radar, or any content that you don't want to miss.

"It's just a tiny browser window"
Pros: Very simple to use, very little impact on computer resources
Cons: Supports only online webcameras, need to edit a config file to change the settings
