This freeware helps you determine whether you have sufficient intake for a limited number of vitamins and nutrients. Vitamin Test features a commonplace interface that provides questions related to your lifestyle and nutrition, possible indications of deficiency, and high risk groups or environments. Select a vitamin or nutrient from the drop-down menu and tick the boxes that correspond to your description. The program evaluates your answers, determines whether you have deficiencies, and suggests foods that are good sources for the selected item. You have the option to learn more by visiting the host Web site. Unfortunately, the program only lists nine nutrients. Any health-conscious user interested in detecting and correcting possible dietary deficiencies may find this simple title worth a quick try.Publisher's description
From LifeForm :Vitamins are involved in different functions and processes in organism. Few of them have very important protective roles: vitamins A, C, E (antioxidants), vitamin D and folic acid (the most important vitamin for women who would like to have children and for persons with high homocysteine level.) This software is dedicated to everyone and it is supported by the team of well-known and qualified physicians and nutritionists.
