Publisher's description of Vitaero
From Funktional Software:vitaero is a software application that seamlessly connects a Bluetooth headset to SkypeTM on your PC so that you can manage your calls with the headset buttons. The software works with all popular Bluetooth headsets and it has been tested and certified by Skype. Just like a mobile phone - vitaero maintains a low-power connection to the headset to preserve battery life while not on a call and then automatically senses the need to switch on the audio - so you are talking through Skype with the touch of a button. No more wires. Now you don't have to be tied to your PC when making Internet phone calls. vitaero makes Skype wireless.

"Vitaero - Bluetooth for your Skype calls"
Pros: I love not having a wire running from my headset to the computer.
Vitaero connects with the bluetooth headset very easily once it's set up.
It is easy to switch back to using the computer's mic and speakers just by exiting or suspending the program.Cons: There was a conflict with the Widcomm Bluetooth driver. A warning during installation lead me to the user manual & easy to follow instructions on how to fix it. It took a little while to get it going, but it works a treat now.
Summary: I only paid 3 pounds for the software, I was expecting to pay US$20. Even at $20 it's a bargain.
This is a brilliant little program and I recommend that you give it try - See 1 user review Write review
