  For what it does (fixing the sync of already created content), sure. it's fine.

  Cons

  I was actually looking for a tool that would audio video sync my individual files shot on my dslr and h4n. Something like DreamSync or the internal settings inside of Final Cut Pro X.

  Summary

  The app didn't work for what I expected it to fix. The title might want to be a bit more descriptive about what what solution it provides.

• Loss of Quality?

  It appears there is a bit of quality loss, saves to new file format

  Summary

  Like I said above, it's simple and extremely easy to use. It has no other features which is fine with me. However, when I processed a 2.5GB MKV file, it spit out a 1.7-ish GB MPG file. The quality isn't terribly different, but as you can see there's a lot less data in the output, in addition to being a different file format.

  Think of MP3Gain (Found elsewhere on Download.com). There you have a track analyzer & then you have the actual gain adjuster That SAME concept could EASILY be applied here Just simply replace the tester with an analyzer that detects exactly how far out of sync the audio & video really are from one another. The current FIX button would be used to correct the issue Upon completion of the task, the user can playback the video using any standard player. ASSUMING the video isn't corrupt, audio & video should begin simultaneously & in-sync. It should also end properly & in-sync too
