This software is very buggy. And just try and get help from their support. You get 1 initial email asking questions -- probably just to get your hopes up -- then they are never heard from again. It totally freezes the computer, and I have 1 Gig Memory!!! Only program that's been able to do that. The good reviews are probably from employees. My advice -- RUN.
It has everything that is needed to do the work.
I like it.
Aren't very many good programs at this cost that give some much help AND work intuitively and correctly. Install in WINDOWS is first class. This software does not work with Macs. Says so on the first page.
I use the split screen mode for tennis regularly, just by myself not coaching anyone.
The software desperately needs some keyboard shortcuts, and the split screen version should have variable slow motion as well, because sometimes you are modelling your own strokes which are performed slowly while you watch a pro who is obviously swinging very quickly.
Other than that it works adequately for what I want it to.
I travel worldwide giving golf clinics, and V1 really impresses! It has amazing versitility- allowing you to provide definitive analysis of a swing, comparisons, and even send video footage and comenntary via the internet. It is an integral part of my golf instruction program.
V1 has helped my students capture and learn their swing tendencies so that when things go wrong on the course, they better understand how to fix them.
