I case of reinstall, breakdown, forced stop, new computer, or any other excuse, the program vil lock licens to one channel only, and you need to contact support to get full licens again.
First time i wrote "I only get one channel, i payed for 8", support where hostile blameing me for using another computer. In my first case, i just got a new server. Secound time it was a result of a forced reboot, and so on... You will get this problem many times, and slow support will result in you having no surveillance for days.
It's horrible, since you often will have no surveillance for days - The way support behave, i wonder if they even will open for alle channels every time, or they just closes your payed program down to one channel.
Im sure they made it this way to prevent piracy, but it makes it useless, and you will not diskover this horrible error, before you have paid for a licens.
