It doesn't get much easier to disable your USB drives than with this executable. USB Drive Disabler's dialog-sized interface has only two choices: enable or disable your USB drives. Unfortunately, you do have to reboot your system to implement either change.
USB Drive Disabler accomplished its task quickly. The program is a mere 685KB and ironically would fit easily on your USB toolbox. We found that it worked on a variety of systems without problems.
USB Drive Disabler is freeware, and a link to a Pro upgrade merely takes you to the publisher's Web site. This isn't a tool you'll use daily, but it makes it simple for system administrators to quickly disable USB drives.
