"Works, but awkward, non-intuitive"
Version: URL Organizer 2.4.16

"It's okay, but not what I am looking for ..."
Version: URL Organizer 2.4.16
Pros
Since I am maintaining a computer that is also used by a person who is far from technical-minded, the program is what I wanted as far as ease of use and is also easy to teach others to use.
Cons
I am getting tired of the three-level limitation placed on most managers of this type.

"Really excellent and smart , very customizable"
Version: URL Organizer 2.4.16
Summary
I have downloaded and tried nearly 15 program for bookmark organizing , and at last i have found what i have been searching for!
-the most important merit is that it gives user the options to arrange bookmarks in anyway user likes. -
"bare-bones essentials"
Version: URL Organizer 2.4.16
Summary
A user-interface designed for link-collections so small you don't NEED a bookmark manager and lacking basic features like "duplicate link checking". The creator of it and its sister-application Bookmark Buddy seem to have spent more time rigging the download.com ratings than programming.

"Nice Start, Needs more"
Version: URL Organizer 2.4.16
Summary
No drag and drop of URLs from one category to another. Unable to put in additional submenus due to their "3 level" limitation. It's a nice start, but without those features, it's not a usable product for me.

"perfect for keeping a multitude of URLs organised"
Version: URL Organizer 2.4.16
