From eShippingTools :UPS Shipping Tool offers an online shipping tool. However, it is up to the individual company to program and implement. All the work has been done in this DLL. Easily create shipping labels quickly and easily in an object oriented environment with this tool.
Secondary functionality includes: COD, on-call-air, delivery confirmation, package accessorial. Supported label formats are: EPL2, SPL, and GIF. The DLL also includes the ability to print label(s) (EPL2 format) directly to a label printer. Version 1.30 added additional functionality and relaxed registry permissions.

Version: UPS Shipping Tool 1.30
Cons: Shipping labels and tracking is only one part of the equation when selling stuff online (especially in mass quantity). There are more integrated solutions that take care of everything through the entire sales process.
