"Automated solution to xfer files betw. multiple servers"

Pros
Transfers can be automated, and scheduled. Robust and reliable. Able to handle multiple transfer tasks. Vast advanced features. GUI is easy to use. File transfers bidirectional. SSH and SSL connections.
Cons
Software can lag when too many windows open, sometimes locking up. Limited tech support, and response time not consistent. Very complex configurations if a new user. Email confirmations are global to each transfer task. Task scheduler can only be opened by the first task window.
Summary
Great product. Would recommend to software savvy users.

Summary
I've been trying for some time to get TurboFTP Syncing a file share on a Windows network with an FTP server. A mirror operation is all I need. TurboFTP offers this functionality according to its spec, but it doesn't work, frequently leaving dozens of files unmirrored. The tech support ticket system automatically closes support tickets after 72 hours, even when their support representative hasn't replied. Requests for a refund have been ignored.
