"Absolute garbage"

Firewall blocks everything

I work in IT and I just had the displeasure of doing a cleanup on a computer with this software. First of all the firewall blocked my cleanup utilities on my usb drive. When it does so, it doesn't give you the option of blocking it or unblocking it. It just blocks it without giving you any options or flexibility. So you might ask "why don't you just disable it?" Why? Because you can't without a password that is created by the person who set it up. You used to be able to change the password in the config files or stop the service alltogether but they seem to have made an update that doesn't allow you to do so. You also need this password to uninstall the product. Trying to do the simple task of running a cleanup utility on this particular machine turned into a 2 hour ordeal thanks to this software. Don't buy in an enterprise environment. Will be a nightmare.
Summary
No flexibility. Cannot disable or uninstall without the previously configured password.
