Support takes a while to get back to you, but they seem to have plenty of time to post celebratory milestones and other news from social media feeds. Data disappears, they roll out new features that haven't been tested Pop -up ads and distracting messages even when you pay for pro account, which seems ironic since its a time tracking app and they should know how distracting/time consuming it is

Not ready for prime time. I have client timesheet due and I have to manually reconstruct. Customer service lacks a phone, which to me has become a red flag for not having the capacity to deal with volume of complaints, even from premium payers/users.
Loving this for my consulting business!

-cross platform (iOS, PC, web) -simple interface -multiple timers -invoice detail reporting -help is user friendly and actually answers your questions -visually clean -cost

-Don't have any yet...haven't tried invoicing with it or teams.
Summary
Whether I'm at my desk or not I can record my time with the push of a few buttons either using my iPhone, PC desktop or PC laptop. The subscription fee is nominal and it ha been working without a glitch for over a month now. They emailed me a couple of times after I downloaded to make sure I was happy and to answer questions. I haven't used it with a team nor invoiced out of it. But, for me it's been FABULOUS!

Can have desktop or online timer. Nice modern interface and Ajax updates.
Cons
The major flaw that means our company can't use it is that it's impossible to consolidate time against tasks, unless those tasks are entered as planned in advance. Also can't allocate part hours to projects.
Summary
This app would work great for a one person freelancer, but is very counter-intuitive for teams working on collaborative projects. Can't manage timesheets for staff at all, and is very hard to track tasks across teams in a co-ordinated manner to provide a grouped task breakdown for clients or use for estimating future work.
