  Easy to install, user friendly, great for businesses for all sizes, many different report options available, and saves time & money!

  None, besides some reports take a little longer to run than others.

  We have the Time Clock MTS Network edition, which allows for us to have the time clock on multiple computers. Since we installed it, we've saved time and money. There are many functions with this system. One of our favorites is the job tracking function. We've been able to use this data to calculate individual efficiency. Used by American Precision Avionics, Inc.

  This is an excellent, simple solution for our office. Easy to use, good reporting options, prompt email support. It has been an excellent choice for us.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Feb 20, 2018<p/>We have continued to use Time Clock MTS at our medical practice. We have used the software for over 10 years now. It has fit our needs very well. We have had absolutely no problems with the software and the support through email has been excellent. The software allows each employee to sign in on his or her own computer and editing and correcting times is very easy. The selection of reports has made our documentation very straightforward and simple. I continue to highly recommend Time Clock MTS as our time clock solution.

• Terrific Time Clock Software

  Pros

  I have been using Time Clock TMS for over 5 years and am very satisfied with the product. It has all the functionality that we need including job tracking. We replaced our old paper time clock with TMS and it has reduced the amount of time I spend processing our payroll by 75%.

  Cons

  None. Only wish that it could export weekly time card information into my Quick Books online payroll so I would not need to rekey time card information.

  Time Clock MTS is easy for our many volunteers to use and yet still powerful enough to track our employee payroll time, vacation and personal days earned, and creates useful reports for budgeting and grant application processes. It is a great value!

  We would use more capacity as we have a large number of volunteers but we've found an easy work-around.

  Summary

  Time Clock MTS works great for both our staff and volunteers. It is accessible, easy to use, and yet powerful with great reporting options. One of the best products available for HR managers.

  Pros

  Good price, good support and very functional. It has been easy to use for our employees, especially after we attached a bar code reader wand to the computer to scan project barcodes for jobcosting. Reports are easy to run.

  Cons

  Minor con: wish that software would let our employees punch into tasks such as "Cutting" or "Layout" in addition to the project job costing. Still a very useful program that is an excellent value. We run into issues updating the software occasionally. Other than that, no issues.

  Summary

  Highly recommend MTS Timeclock, especially for small to medium size companies. If you are still using a punch card system, you need to switch to this system if at all possible.
