Though this program features several parental-control options for managing computer use, its numerous options may be overwhelming. Time Boss runs in stealth mode and uses a functional but crowded interface. With it, you can add and delete user accounts, define time limits and ranges, and add bonus time for any user's computer and Internet usage. You can restrict and allow folders, drives, programs, and Web sites, and set Time Boss to capture screenshots. An event log is kept to view the screenshots and statistics regarding time usage. The program is password-protected and can't be uninstalled or disabled via the Task Manager. It even blocks older, savvier kids from tampering with your machine's date and time. Its wealth of features may initially appear confusing, but once you get going you'll see that Time Boss is well worth a try.
