Publisher's Description
From Wade Humeniuk:
The Runner's Log is a simple, motivating running log. It provides a quick overview of your running and provides feedback on your training. Highlights of The Runner's Log include multiple runs per day, up to five weeks at a glance of your runs, training schedules, and shoe-usage tracking. The window uses a calendar method to allow you to see your runs--up to five weeks at a glance - enabling you to see overall patterns in your training and help prevent overtraining and injuries. Version 1.20 fixed multiple-day run bugs. Version 1.40 includes HTML reporting functions and milestones.

"The Runner's Log was everything that I was looking for!"
Version: The Runner's Log 1.4
Pros
You can keep track of just about everythng, even which shoes you wore!
The layout is easy to get accustomed to and very useful.
Easily navigate to any day that you are looking up.Cons
Would be cool if the user interface could be changed a bit.

"Simple, easy to use, visual, fun."
Version: The Runner's Log 1.4
Pros
Up to 4 runs can be logged per day, which is great for cross-training. I use Run #3for biking and Run #4 for Walking. Lets you schedule runs as well as log actual one. Also the reports feature (4 types of reports) provides a great summary
Cons
I would like to be able to log "beginning time" and "end time", allowing the programme to calculate the time. This would also allow me to better track my PB, based on time of day

"Doesn't work with Windows Vista"
Version: The Runner's Log 1.4
Pros
Might be good - but I don't know yet!
Cons
I don't think it works with Windows Vista. Pity.

"Great Program!"
Version: The Runner's Log 1.4
Pros
logs a lot of useful info in an intuitive visual format.
-
"Works well. I like the pictures - quick summary."
Version: The Runner's Log 1.4
Pros
It's easy to use and I like the way you can color code your activities and keep track of any and all types of workouts. I'm a beginner runner so it also helps me to follow a running program easier. I like the pictures, because I can quickly scan the month and see what and when I ran. Most importantly, I like that it's free!!! Thanks a bunch!
Cons
Because I do a lot of cycling, strenghtning exercies, it would nice to somehow add options for "off" days of running. This would help me keep track of all my physical activities.

"figure out a way to add runners."
Version: The Runner's Log 1.4
Pros
Nice. But if you only have one computer in the house and two or more runners. You are screwed.
Cons
How do you add more than one runner per computer?????????????????

"So easy & visual, but limited to running"
Version: The Runner's Log 1.4
Pros
Love the visual calendar & ease of use.
Cons
Wish it could be customized to add other types of excercise and labels to fields. Would be nice if the calendar showed the type of scheduled excercise too.

"Everything a runner needs (if only you got stronger and faster from using it)"
Version: The Runner's Log 1.4
Pros
Its great, and just has the simple things that you need to know how far, how fast, what shoes, and what most other programs dont ask- how you felt.
It also has km and miles
-
"It is so simple to use and keeps all the info you need."
Version: The Runner's Log 1.4
Pros
I like that you can see everything at a glance and it is so easy to enter all the info you need. I love this!
Cons
It would be super if you could change the calendar to start on whatever day of the week you wanted. Some programs start with a Sunday, etc. This way you could set this up to coincide with any particular training program.
