Version: The Runner's Log 1.4
"It is so simple to use and keeps all the info you need."
Pros: I like that you can see everything at a glance and it is so easy to enter all the info you need. I love this!
Cons: It would be super if you could change the calendar to start on whatever day of the week you wanted. Some programs start with a Sunday, etc. This way you could set this up to coincide with any particular training program.

Version: The Runner's Log 1.4
Summary: It's easy and yet complete. Doesn't all those lists you have to fill and it doesn't ask you information you are not able to give. It shows the distance in Miles and Kilometers which is very good. I recomend, the program is GREAT!!!!

"Works well. I like the pictures - quick summary."
Pros: It's easy to use and I like the way you can color code your activities and keep track of any and all types of workouts. I'm a beginner runner so it also helps me to follow a running program easier. I like the pictures, because I can quickly scan the month and see what and when I ran. Most importantly, I like that it's free!!! Thanks a bunch!
Cons: Because I do a lot of cycling, strenghtning exercies, it would nice to somehow add options for "off" days of running. This would help me keep track of all my physical activities.

"figure out a way to add runners."
Pros: Nice. But if you only have one computer in the house and two or more runners. You are screwed.
Cons: How do you add more than one runner per computer?????????????????
