Pros
ALL my contacts went into the phone with good translation of all the info including notes and mulitple phone numbers. The Calendar display is clear and included all the relevant information as well
Cons
Trial and error horror in Windows 7 or XP: recurrent communication errors (ONLY Wi-FI sync supported) NO consistent dependable way to know it WILL sync or how long it will take. Knowledgebase limited help, live chat inoperative, slow email response
Summary
When it works, it is a thing of beauty, but I have never been able to have it work smoothly for 24 hours. If you want to have information handy on your phone, this is a sweet way to do it, but if you NEED to have that info with you and NEED to know that when you sync at night, it will be ready to go when you rush out in the morning... Go back to a Treo or Centro because this product is not reliable in its current Wi-Fi configuration.
