"Says it will do a lot and then you realize it doesn't"

Pros

It does provide some useful diagnostic information and network details that aren't easily accessible elsewhere in your mac.

Cons

Maintenance tasks are very few, they are also manually started which means you have to remember to do function x or y because many of them take hours to complete and seem to have very little effect.

Summary

For the Post Cat world this program has gone past it's prime. The developers seem to have sat on their laurels and not really attempted to address newer developing issues in Mac maintenance. As a result much of what the app does manually is actually an automated process in OS X already done behind the scenes. it does have some useful information like what ports are being used and what other devices are on your network with their ip addresses, etc, and some good hardware diagnostic tools but for the price point this is being sold for it's too little bang for the cost
