The product is easy to use and self explanatory

Pros
Its simplicity. To create ticket is so simple and can be done in just 1-2 minutes.
Cons
The manual needs to be updated since new features have been added. It needs to show how tos for user benefits.

Pros
The developer of this application should be removed from Download.com because it is very easy to install the client and have it lock you out of your PC. We did this and lost massive amounts of data.
Cons
The developer was unable or unwilling to tell us how to un-install the software. Even booting under safe mode, and manually trying failed to remove this application. <p> <p>BEWARE! Even if you install the server, the clients cannot find it, you will be rebuilding your PC.
