Publisher's Description
From SuperSync:
SuperSync is the best way to visually compare and merge multiple iTunes libraries. All your music, movies, and playlists can be moved to all the computers you keep music on. Keep track of all your music across multiple computers. Compare and merge any two music libraries. Move music, videos, and playlists from one iTunes library to another. Export all or a subset of your library as a well-organized directory of tracks. Find partial albums, duplicates, missing tracks, corrupt files, and other common music library problems. Intelligently import media from a hard drive, iPod, or network drive getting just the files you want and without duplicates.
What's new in this version: Version 3.6.1 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

"Not very stable"
Version: SuperSync 3.6.1
Pros
The idea is great...
Cons
The product seams to have problems. With some computers it will both send and receive files. With other's it will only receive.
The support is close to non-existing. If one opens a ticket there will be no notificate (email) with a ticket number, and possibly no communication. Only help fo a "PAYING CUSTOMER" is the FAQ's which only deal with the most simple things.Summary
The price is absolutely right, it's just sad that the product is very flaky and so on and off in the way it works.

"A real Test"
Version: SuperSync 3.6.1
Pros
It seemed to do an extensive list of operations that were appealing. The price is right.
Cons
I really wanted to LOVE this product but it wasn't easy. I couldn't get it to work despite several times of setting up the local and remote libraries. Synchs never actually worked despite indication from the software that they were completed.
Summary
Obviously others have been successful with the program. Perhaps I have missed some steps but after trying it for about a hour, I thought, even if I am not tech savvy this is WAY too long to figure the program out and get a positive result.

"Overly complicated"
Version: SuperSync 3.6.1
Pros
The only software I've found with this much capability
Cons
Overly complicated. Unintuitive interface. Doesn't seem to do what I want and I can't figure out why.
Summary
Potential users need to realize that this software does not connect with a central SuperSync server. It's your responsibility to set up individual servers on each computer. You'll have to set up port forwarding on your routers. If you're trying to sync with a computer at work, good luck try to get your network admin let you set up port forwarding.
THEN you have to figure out how to get basic syncing set up. I wish this software had buttons for simple functions like "download any songs you don't have from the remote server" or "download all missing ratings from server".
I have all my music files in one big folder (no subfolders) on bother servers. But syncing creates subfolders even though I have the preferences set to "use uploaders path". Can't figure out why.
