  There are other more complex programs with many more features, but then you just want to quickly convert your youtube or what-have-you video's then this is one for your tools folder.

  It has a small installation footprint, is compatible with my Windows 7 x64, is easy to use, loses no quality that I can tell and has no hiccups that I have found thus far.
