"\"Fixed the 1 other bugs.\""
Version: Sunrise 2.1.4
Summary
This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
So that means Sunrise is now perfect? A browser with no bugs at all? Kewl! ;)
Well, it runs, it's pretty fast, but... What's the point? Is there actually something about Sunrise that is useful to developers?
Really, I'm curious. Developers, feel free to answer. -
"Rubbish !"
Version: Sunrise 1.8.5
Summary

Type ANY URL into the appropriate field, this monkey-brain browser will take you to Google.
For me, that's a deal-breaker straight away. No point in examining further. End of the line for this tool.

"What's with the google thing?"
Version: Sunrise 1.8.5
Summary
This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
Over a period I've tried a few versions of this because I was attracted by the words "browser for web developer".
The developer's site says "If the input text DOESN'T' have the URL scheme, it will be searched in web."
Unfortunately, if the input text DOES have the url scheme it still resorts to a search engine.
The only way I can directly access any url's is to start by hand typing the "http://" component.
What's with that? -
"Fastest browser Ive ever used"
Version: Sunrise 1.8.1
Pros
fast, opens in less than a second, visual bookmarks, REALLY FAST!
Cons
slightly buggy
Summary
this browser is fast! it tkes less htan a second to open and load Google, while Firefox and Safari take five or so seconds to do the same thing. Sites like ign.com, which i had to wait a long time for in other browsers, load nearly instantly. Unfortunatley, the history is quirky, sometimes being accessable and sometimes not.

"Impressive"
Version: Sunrise 1.7.1
Summary
This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
I just downloaded and installed Sunrise and I'm impressed. It's built on the same source as Safari. Based on the number of releases the developers have had in the last few days, they are working hard to make this a really great browser. One unusual feature is that Bookmarks have an icon view of the page. Nice touch. -
"I'm really impressed!!!"
Version: Sunrise 1.5.9
Summary
This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
The last version I loaded was 1.4.9 and there was a bug I reported to the developer: When saving a webarchive of a website made use of stylesheets (with @import) and background images (of layers), then neither the stylesheets nor the background images were included.
This bug is fixed now!!!
I don't know in which version (between 1.4.9. and 1.5.9) but it works great and even Safari can show these webarchives.
That's amazing, since Safari still has this bug (I reported it repeatedly to Apple with every new version/update)
Great work!

"FAST!!!"
Version: Sunrise 1.1.3
Summary
This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
The web developer tools are nice, but it is also just a nice broswer. At 1.1 MB- what in the world?!- this thing is amazing, and ridiculously fast! I recommend it to anyone who has experienced slow java games- or slow loading anything- because this browser loads everything almost instantly. Simply amazing.
Good job developer, and I look forward to the browser's future! -
"very useful."

Just downloaded, and know for a fact this app is gonna be useful.
As someone learning (X)HTML and CSS and forever looking under the hood of every web page I ever access, SunriseBrowser seems to have been tailor made for my needs.
Outstanding!
Thank you. -

This is a great browser. I love it.
This last version however crashes on Macbok Pro while opening bookmark. Anyone experienced this?
Keep up the good work
