Version: Sudokumat 5.3
Pros: Multiple languages, the candidate mode (really great for begginers), multiple difficulty levels.
It's fast, it's free, it works.
Cons: It's written in Java, XD.
Lacks downloading/opening instructions. It'd be better if the downloadable file is a ZIP or RAR file which cointains the .jar file.
Problems opening the JAR file? In the command line, from the directory where the jar file is located: java -jar sudokumat.jar ;)

Version: Sudokumat 5.3
Pros: Included source code
Free Sudoku game
It's in Java, so it can be ported to smartphones, etc
PDF exporting is a very nice feature to make your own sudoku magazine
Cons: Why did someone append .txt to the end of the JAR name?
No installer, which can be a showstopper for technologically impaired people.

Version: Sudokumat 5.3
Pros: Really like the PDF printout option - I like to do Sudoku while I have breakfast in the morning, it gets my brain into gear for the day!
Cons: Not really a dislike, but the download file is a little confusing at first. The first reviewer gave me the hint I needed to figure out what to do. You just download the file to your computer (I have a special folder for downloads so I know where to find them afterwards), then find the file and rename it - just take the .txt off the end, so it reads as a .jar file - I presume this is done because some computer set-ups wont allow the download of an executable file. When it is renamed just double click the file and the programme will run. It starts up with the help file set to German, if you want the English version look for the setting under options. If you want to make Sudokumat easy to find, just right click on the file you renamed and choose send shortcut to desktop!

Version: Sudokumat 5.3
Pros: Has excellent features including the ability to select a row/column/box, select all of one number, and many other features that allow both the beginner and the seasoned veteran to enjoy many hours of Soduku enjoyment.
Cons: Sometimes difficult to read the prompts initially because it was developed in German (can be switched easily to English).
