  It's easy to use and does what it promises.

  Cons

  Sometimes none of the presented subtitles can be synced, and a self-found subtitle presents no problems. The program is not free after the 14 day trial. You have to buy credits, so they try to earn money with someone elses work. I could have accepted a one time payment for the program itself. My suggestion: use Time Stopper to make the trial version permanent. It's not illegal, and not worse than what this firm does.

  It was a good piece of software that i enjoyed using. now i just recommend everyone to stay away from them unless they want to pay someone that tries to monetize for content they haven't created themselves. Why is this software still in the "Free" category?

  at the time it allowed to search easily and quickly subtitles.

  but now you have to pay for the subtitles, or wait 30s each time. It's faster to just download them.

  Good UI and functions. Good library of subtitles with ranking.

  Cons

  To download subtitles you have to have points. You get points by paying money or uploading subtitles. The "points" also expire after some time and the dev has personally insulted me when I protested about this.

  Summary

  There are a dozen programs that have exactly the same function and are completely free. These guys are trying to make money out of subtitles someone else worked on.

  tried to find Japanese subtitles for a few new popular movies and a few old classics. this tool found ZERO, only English subtitles.

  It used to be good software to search subtitles but now it is useless.

  Not everyone can use this software. It requires invitation to be received from existing members. http://www.sublight.si/Article/157/Important-notice-Sublight-is-temporarily-invite-only-service.aspx

  Summary

  Not worth downloading as you can not use it until you already have an invitation from existing sublight member. Users may opt for similar program like "Filebot" which is little complex.
