  Pros

  It tries to cover many aspects of student life. I am a student, in my final year of a Degree in Software Engineering. It probably suits US students better than elsewhere. I would defintiely say try the 30 day trial before you buy.

  Cons

  Many of the functions don't work properly. If you create a new semester type, you cannot add contacts and link them to classes. If you apply no skin, classes don't appear on the calendar, I encountered several runtime errors that closed the program, it lost references to scholarships, some of the editing features don't work properly. That's just a sample. I reviewed this as part of my thesis and I was glad to get to the end of it as it was hard work testing it out given the number of errors encountered. I would not buy this even if it was suited to European students.

  Pros

  Accruately calculates your GPA and Credits in a organized manner. Very helpful when I have to compare. When there is an error in the software, the developer tries to fix it and let's you know when the problem is fixed. Great product.

  Student life has everything, class scheduler, degree trackers, school work organizer, contact info, calendars, and reminders. It is so easy to use, just type a few things, click a few things with the mouse and you are done. It's the best!!! - Student: NRL

  I've been using Student Life for a few years now and I've found that if you email them with your complaint about something they try to improve it in the next update/upgrade. - Student: NRL

• A well-rounded program to help plan and track schedules.

  Pros

  I like the ability to keep all of the data relative to school activities in one place, no need to search several schedules and notes for conflicts.

  Cons

  I think it would be nice to be able to look at the schedule graphically and (calandar with bars/blocked out timeframes to visually scan for conflicts in the schedule.

  Pros

  This program has helped me stay ontrack at school. I have had three occasions to contact their support due to computer problems, and they have responded immediately and solved my problems.

  I have found no drawbacks other than I wold like a version for those who don't go to school, to help them keep organized.

  I originally purchased Student Life version 1.4 and could not believe how awesome the program was! I just upgraded to the new version 2.0 and once again I cannot believe how awesome this program is! – IT DOES EVERYTHING!!! – I think all college students and soon to be college students would find this software indispensable. I highly recommend this software program.
