    "Amazing results"

    July 09, 2009   |   By Miguda

Version: Stop Smoking - Break the Chains: A Free eBook 1.0

    Pros

Gives you all the tools to stop.

    Cons

Would be great if you could easily print it out and carry it around.

    Summary

This book covers all the angles. Firstly it gets you to think about your smoking, it breaks down how it affects you. Finally it gives you a set of tools to stop once and for all.

Having smoked for the last 26 years (and stopped unsuccessfully a number of times), I started reading this at the start of the year, but didn't complete it and just kept smoking. About 2 months ago I picked it up and finished it, and I haven't touched one since.

"Ah, but didn't you stop before?", you ask. Well yes, but the difference between this time and every other time is that in the past there was always the nagging desire to have a cigarette. Every dull meeting, difficult conversation, great meal, visit to the pub, or Friday evening post-work homecoming was a battle to NOT think about having a sneaky *** (apologies to US users). This time round, I don't even think about cigarettes. Even when friends all around are smoking, it simply doesn't tempt me. That's the power of this book. I simply can't recommend it highly enough.

    "Gives YOU The Power"

    October 04, 2007   |   By Leahm37

Version: Stop Smoking - Break the Chains: A Free eBook 1.0

    Pros

It's been 1 year since I've quit smoking thanks to this book! I was a hard core 2-3 pack a day smoker and I immediately liked the book's message that I was begining a battle, that I was preparing to fight, that there were mental and physical tools you can use to DO battle, and that you WILL WIN this battle, if you keep to the method.

I've read other quit smoking books that try to convince you that what you are feeling is not real and it is better to ignore or distract yourself from these false feelings, expecially after the first few weeks when even you wonder when the pain going to end. Not Stop Smoking Break The Chains, it tells you exactly what to expect and what do do about it. This book is the no nonsense deal for people wishing to give up the butts once and for all. Forget the gum, shots, and leave the lasers alone. This IS the final anwser.

    Cons

    Nothing
