none. was cheap to buy but not worth one cent in my opinion

looks good but does not work. NO support at all. kept crashing with blue screen each time i loaded a picture. not much use to me. values seemed all wrong.

STAY away. I sent emails requesting a refund. No response. have since contacted my credit card company to force the issue

found it not so friendly to install. Took forever to download then would not install.

stay away simply because there is NO support for this product. Even their own support forum goes ignored. I am peeved at the waste of my time.

Took forever to download & took 4 hours to install & then it crashed & would not run. Called & emailed for support & no reply after 3 days. Tried again yesterday. No response. Got a friend to help & did something about running admin on my win 7 pc

Worst experience I have ever had with any program. I am an average PC user & know my way around the basics. 4 hours to download. The lack of support is what clinched me to dump this program. After I finally got the program installed ( with help from a techy friend ) I was thoroughly disappointed. The pictures were not there. Back to my techy & he spent 1 hour fixing it. After we got that going, the pictures were terrible. wrong colors, blurry & many missing. i was willing to live with that. But, the data in the program is incomplete & downright wrong. prices were all over the place. No way to enter my collection the way i want to. I enter a plate block of 12 stamps & it says my qty is 1. very difficult to navigate. Could not enter any new stamps that they do not list & there are plenty. The reports are not very good. They say it's easy to create your own. I spent 45 minutes trying to make a very basic report. Waste of time. Overall, I spent good money & about 4 days of pure frustration. I will be contacting the credit card company for a full refund. The people who make this do not respond to emails or calls. some say this is a great program , but I wonder if they have tried it or have ever had to get help. BUYER BEWARE

I Received this software as a b-day present. I use it every day, especially the ebay search features. I've tried all the other stamp collecting software out there, this is the best hands down.

I finally have time to work with my stamps again and wish to get my database working. I have used your program since 2003 and find the recent lack of responsiveness in the forums disturbing. You have also not responded and resolved my problem. I guess it is possible that something got trapped as spam but unlikely as I check the filters every week. History:
On 10/4/08 I downloaded the update and spent the afternoon working with it, that evening I sent the following:
?I purchased, downloaded and installed the 2009 upgrade. First you should know; the first time I downloaded the file was 110 M and would not install. The second time I downloaded it was 163 M and didn?t install. The third time it was 241M (in both Firefox and IE7). Finally the fourth time it was 674 M and it did install.
The program opens fine, but there are no 2009 values. I got a couple error messages flash by during the install about missing tables or something. When I tried to apply the 2009 values I got a message ? ?Primary Key? is not an index in this table?. When I go to the values tab and click 2009 I don?t see anything there.?
On 2/22/09 I lucked into hitting the website while someone was there
First I sent this in response to the discussion: ?It locked up again the second time. This looks like a backup from last night when I was in. I don?t have any zip files, but I made one.? With a file attached. Then an hour or so later I sent: ?The third time I just let it run in the background. Took 25 minutes to complete and the file size is the same but here it is in case it helps?
I have yet to receive a response.
I also see that aygirard posted on the support forum last November ?On 10/20, I reported a problem with SM 2009 after and SM2007-to-SM2009 upgrade. All seemed OK untill I notice that the entire 2009 value table was missing. Admin suggeted that I forward my Stampmanage DB so that it could be corrected.
I forwarded my DB via email and followed up with several notes. However I haven't heard a peap from anyone. At this point my SM 2009 is totally useless.
If this can't be resolved, I'd like to get my money back and move on to something else to track my collections.? Looks like he got no response either.
I expect a response no later than Monday evening or I will proceed under the assumption that StampManage has no interest in my business and has devolved into just another internet scam. It is a shame because I love the software. . . when it works. -

If you're a stamp collector this is a great program. It has images of many of the most collectable stamps and allows you to catalogue your collection. It's great!
Cons
I sent my money ($34.95) to activate the program. The author send me a code which was supposed to activate the application. So far it doen't work. I have tried over and over to activeate the program to no avail. Finally I asked for my money back. So far I have not received it. What a shame. Somebody wrote a great program and then steals you money.

easy to install, but I would not suggest this program to any serious collector. full of bugs and errors.

Difficult to use and no support by email or phone. Could not get reports to print properly & kept getting error messages about program caused some kind of fault in windows. The lack of support is what really turned me off. Will be getting something else.

Very poor images, many missing ( although some images were good ). Pricing for stamps not accurate. Reporting is stritcly a programmers game with this program. none of the reports are useful. creating new reports means you have to be a programmer or read some ridiculous 170 page manual. no thanks. When I tried to print a report, it took 12 minutes & crashed my PC. emaile them for support but no response after 4 days. Have since purchased another program which I is fantastic.
