"Nice program, but no support."
Pros: I was very happy with Spam-Aware for months, until I started getting an error message that means nothing. The program still works just fine,
but that meaningless error message popping up 100 times a day is annoying, and it slows down my work. It even shows up during bootup and slows that down.

It requires me to click "send" or "do not send" a report to them. I have written to them dozens of times and have tried getting support at their website. No response. I guess they just don't care about people who buy their software.

"I finally found a great spam filtering software :-)"
Pros: I like the user interface, easy to use and not ugly like most competitive products. It installs quickly and its an easy process to activate filtering on my mail accounts (I'm using Incredimail).
I LOVE the interactive validation window, it changed my life so much!
The filtering engine is pretty good when it has finished to learn, it only let 1 or 2 spam goes through the filter every 100 messages, which is quite good.
