    Version: SmarterTicket 2.x

    "I regret buying it"

    Pros: I only liked their website and the way they described the product description. I thought it was going to be a good purchase.

    Cons: This software is a desaster and it caused me and my employees a lot of troubles. It took us more than 3 weeks to set up the product to work properly with NO help at all from their custommer support reps. Once it was working, the emails took more than two hours to arrive. The search feature does not work properly so we had to go through old responses manually. The system is very slow, sometimes it would take 1 min to open or send a ticket. The session would time out when an agent was responding to an email and you have to re login and re write your response. We stopped using after one month and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
