Smart XL is an untimate MS Excel Add In for sending SMS word wide. The SMS Plug In is designed to facilitate quick sending by selecting a Range of cells with control key or shift key. You can customize the messages with random information, get delivery reports, send normal SMS, Flash SMS and WAP Push. It also supports SMS in English as well as any Unicode language (e.g. Arabic, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam). This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
