  Works with Win/8.1, very easy to use, works well with nearly every application

  Cannot find new voices you install. It needs a few extra controls. No help, or instructions.

  Summary

  If you're looking for easiest clipboard reader to use, this is the software for you. All you need to do is start it. Simple TTS Reader will read anything you copy to the clipboard. It comes installed with three MS voices: David, Hazel, and Zira, sorry, no Anna, each are pretty clear to read. You can adjust volume, and speed with the sliders, but that's it. I would have liked some extra controls, such as: stop, pause, and ignore. This is a transient program, no widgets, taskbar icons, or hotkeys to be concerned with. Just fire it up to listen what's been copied, and kill it when you don't want to use the function. I also pinned to my taskbar for easy starting.
