Sisma Portable keeps your accounts details and passwords in a secure database that is encrypted with strong 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES, Rijndael) cipher. Sisma Portable includes a strong random password generator which can generate alphanumeric or pronounceable passwords. It promotes password management best practices by warning you when a weak password is chosen or when a password is reused across accounts. Sisma allows you to specify expiration time for passwords and reminds you to change them when they expire. Sisma employs advanced clipboard clearance mechanisms to minimize the risk of passwords left in the clipboard after you have used them.

Suits my requirements well

Pros
Reliably works first time every time no matter which computer I am on, unlike KeePass portable (see my review), meaning it always opens showing the splash screen with a 'Open database' button, and clicking on this always shows the correct file. Open this, enter your password, and you're in. You can scroll down your entries, or for anyone with a really large number there is a functional Search. Relatively simple to use, and some useful Options you can choose.
Cons
Small screen, can't be maximised. There are no help files - clicking on the Help button only opens a brief About. There is a field for Custom Properties, with headers Name and Value; I really don't know what that is for or how to use it. However, it doesn't hinder my use of the program.
