"Flexible software to manage most any type of business"
Pros: Dozens of features can be toggled on or off so the software will fit your business. Many reports & forms available or they can be custom formatted. As a small company they offer personalized support and functionality unavailable form a large company.
Cons: This is not Intuit with millions of installed users. As a small business we found creative ways to use ShopKeeper that were never envisioned. So we were the first to to find flaws as well. But SK has always been responsive to solving any problems.
Summary: We literally would not be as successful as we are today without ShopKeeper software. The versatility of the software and ShopKeeper's willingness to make it work to our advantage has allowed us to grow without being constrained by the software. Whe... read more >>
