• Flexible software to manage most any type of business

  Pros

  Dozens of features can be toggled on or off so the software will fit your business. Many reports & forms available or they can be custom formatted. As a small company they offer personalized support and functionality unavailable form a large company.

  Cons

  This is not Intuit with millions of installed users. As a small business we found creative ways to use ShopKeeper that were never envisioned. So we were the first to to find flaws as well. But SK has always been responsive to solving any problems.

  Summary

  We literally would not be as successful as we are today without ShopKeeper software. The versatility of the software and ShopKeeper's willingness to make it work to our advantage has allowed us to grow without being constrained by the software. When you call for tech support you talk to real people who have owned businesses themselves. They appreciate the needs of a small business and work with you to help make your business successful. We have an unusual business selling part for sailboats. We act as a retailer for some parts. We manufacture some parts. We bundle parts sourced from over 200 vendors into assemblies. Some vendors drop ship parts directly to our customers. ShopKeeper interfaces with our online store to retrieve orders submitted online. It will also push changes to our inventory up to the online store so it is always up to date. We can export our customer information any way we like to facilitate mass e-mail to subsets of customers. ShopKeeper has made all of this possible with a very cost effective solution. I can't imagine handling the number of customers, parts and transactions we do without ShopKeeper.
