Screen Gear Pro is a multimedia authoring tool that can be used to create screensaver products or presentation-like files. Screen Gear Pro is designed to let you quickly and easily combine AIFF, PICT, JPEG, and QuickTime files into an elegant slide show, fading one file into the next while playing narration and/or music. Although it isn't a powerful presentation tool, it can be used to put together a slick show quickly. Version 3.2.3 is an internal update to support some custom file types.

"Nice screensaver with some flexibility of options."

Summary
The current beta version is a definite improvement, but not all features work flawlessly and a few more added features would be nice to maximize ease of use and flexibility. For example, being able to identify multiple picture folders from different locations, rather than only nested within a specific folder. Random viewing and last picture recall across multiple folders would also be nice. Even so, this is a great program and worth the download. My 15-day trial is almost up, but I definitely plan to register.

Summary
Screen Gear is an excellent program if you want to make screen savers, you can add music and any pictures you want. If you're doing a professional slide show, I'd suggest you use powerpoint instead.
