Sansync is a simple Podcast downloader and MP3 player syncer. It has support for any filesystem based personal media player, such as the Sansa players. It also has support for password protected podcasts.
A window came up with a list of my important files asking whether to delete them: what the heck has that got to do with adding Podcasts?. Not only that, it has no close option. It's uninstalled now but my PC needs a reboot to get rid of the window.
Adding a Podcast URL was near impossible as you can't input it anywhere plus it has some very technical requests which I have never seen before.
There is something Seriously wrong with this program. It doesn't allow to add Podcast URL's simply. It tries to get you to delete Very important files. Wrong. Don't go near it.
I was looking for an alternative to itunes that didn't take up so much space and was glad to find this. Pretty straightforward to use.
Some of my favorite feeds didn't provide a podcast URL on their site--just a link to their page in the iTunes store. I couldn't figure out how to subscribe to those podcasts using Sansync. I'm going to uninstall and try for something I can figure out that will get me the podcasts I want.
