Publisher's description
From HelpBytes :MarTPost is a SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) Server. It enables you to send mail directly from your computer, without needing an external mail server. It is designed for those who don't have access to a SMTP server for sending mail. Although SMarTPost doesn't collect mail, it allows those without ISP SMTP access the ability to prepare emails offline, and then go online to send mail through SMTP, rather than slower, Webmail services. SMarTPost may be used over an intranet connection, or may allow other users access to its features from other computers on the Internet.
Version 2.5.3 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Version: SMarTPost 2.5.3
Pros: Quick to download, quick to install
Cons: This is simply a SMTP APPLICATION, NOT A SERVER! If you don't have a configured server this software will yell "No SMTP server found!" DOH!

Version: SMarTPost 2.5.3
Pros: Installs really quick and easy
Cons: 1) It receives emails from my mailer but cannot do anything with them...seems to be waiting for another smtp server to actually sent the email out.
2) It doesnt install as a service so you will have to do that yourself.
