I really like the top down mmorpg concept. The northern European/Scandinavian setting is reminiscent of the Elder Scrolls series. Similarly, the ability to craft and forge your own weapons is very similar to the Elder Scroll's fifth installment: Skyrim.
My only problem with the game is the outdated graphics engine. You'd think they could have at least fixed that with the latest patch.
Great user interface. Again, like I said, basically Skyrim.
lots to do easy to learn be what you want to be
slows a bit some times lags
a fantastic game very addictive lots to do
Over all a god game
After about 25 min. of play games locks up have to restart game
Why use this software while Jagex LTD has great software themselfs.
It holds illegal coding as in auto talking and it has a auto clicker (in development but still)
All attempts to play this game qith outside software is totaly bogus.
Jagex has software with plenty of options and if you really need extra info go to a runescape fansite.
1 of the biggest is tip.it - every decend player knows of that site.
If its not on tip.it its not in runescape.
Guides - calculators - maps - tips. all free and LEGAL.
quests, exploration, hiscores, price.
graphics, time investment, *updates*, too many rules, graphics. Did I mention graphics?
Basically, if you are hurting for cash and need something to do with your time and don't have a computer system that is over 3 years old, then this is probably a good candidate for you for an MMORPG. This game is fairly cheap to play each month (less than 7$ USD) and has a lot to do to waste away your time. The game can be fun if you do not mind the horrid graphics and the thousands of tweens that play this game. There are plenty of fun quests to get involved in that can be fun, if not humorous. There is an extremely large world area to explore and many mini-games to participate in (if you like that sort of thing). On the other hand, their skills are rather boring and require extreme large time investments to raise. Many people have resorted to using bot programs to raise statistics and, while they have worked hard at removing bots, they are still very prevalent in the game. Jagex has gradually made skills easier to raise over time, which benefit people new to the game (but not to those who have invested 100s of hours raising those same skills). However, as for the bots, it seems like things only keep getting worse. More and more spam bots and skiller bots appear each day passing. For someone who isn't a graphaholic, has plenty of time on their hands, and does not have much money to spend--this game could very well be their match. For the rest of us, I'd say look elsewhere. You get what you pay for.
It takes you to rune scape log in page in one click of your mouse
At the moment there is little to dislike about this program
What I like is if I only have a ferw moments to play, I can log in spend several minutes and take off without being stuck trying to finish something
I am beginning to hate people that call other people 'noobs' if the people don't understand or don't want what these slanders are offering
Experience: quick and easy to get into and start playing
Experience: the number of rude players is annoying
Expereince: fun if you can get past dealing with rude players
Feature: don't like that as resourcing, a higher level pc can come along and steal the resource while I am havesting it. Loot theives is frustrating as well
Feature: decent loot dropping, decent harvesting, decent crafting.
experience/feature: like the experience earning and leveling in the game
Cons: only a couple so far and they are mostly PC issues
Rating 4 over all. fun goodtime manager
Very good customer support
Can be highly addicting
Huge amount of players
Alot of features aren't free
Graphics are anywhere but excellent
Can be hard to level without membership if not a fighter
