None that I can see.
Cons
Installs junk software and alters browser home pages... and DOES NOT update the Codec or the Audio Software.
Summary
I'm currently using the Realtek HD Audio Manager... 6.0.1.5864 ... Audio Codec: ALC889A ... Direct X 11.0 .... It seems to be buggy now, after some recent system changes, so I thought I'd update it (the original install is from Nov-2009). I'm running MSW Vista Biz 64, so this looked like the answer. Despite the bad reviews I thought I knew better. I'm no PC Genius, but I'm smarter than the average bear (I've built or rebuilt at least 8 PC's since 1992). I'm convinced that this really is a total waste of time, and that this is just junk software.
Update... a few hours later.

The Realtek Semiconductor Corp. web got me an update to v6.0.1.6662.... I have yet to see if this will help (one display bug still exists for the MSW Volume Control window).

Downloaded this for the actual Utility tool except all it gives is a bloody driver. Waste of time.
