From Intelligent Masters :

This utility generates random integer numbers between a minimum and maximum value given by the user. The utility can be used to generate passwords or pick up random samples for statistical tests. The numbers are true random and the moving average of the randomly generated numbers can also be tracked in the utility which approaches the mean of the minimum and maximum value of the interval while the number of random samples approach infinity. Version 2 includes capability to export the random numbers generated as a batch into Excel or notepad.

Version: Random Number Generator 2

"Sweet simple lttle app"

Pros: How about free? Time from download to use is like 3 seconds. No BS banners or new toolbars on my web browser, just a simple lttle app that gave me 75,000 random numbers between 0 and 1,000,000 output to a simple xt file.

Cons: Nothing none nada

Summary: simple littl app that does what it needs to do - nothin fancy.
Data guys - next time they ask for a random sample you can really give em an honest one EZ
