A romantic's vision, Rain Cast depicts a city by a stormy sea, accompanied by evocative music. The animation is smooth and pretty, giving what could be a static urban setting an organic life. Even the clock on one of the buildings keeps the current time.
In part because the cityscape is always changing, users have few options to control. The sound can be muted, and one setting will prevent mouse movements from stopping the screensaver. If you're looking for something to fire your imagination during your computer's off moments, this may well be worth a look.

"Make some hot chocolate, throw on some slippers and relax!!!!!"
Pros: It really gets you in that rainy mood. I liked the lights in the background and specially the thunder.
Cons: It needed a little more graphics like cars passing by.

Pros: It has a good backdrop and some decent effects, and the cherry-on-top is a great song(non-lyric) in the background that fits it well.

'Evanescence']
Cons: My only complaint is the falling rain effect, the raindrops that are falling are just simple white lines that seem cheap and out of place next to the other effects. Annoying, but not a deal-breaker.

"Fantastic, very real and very relaxing..."
Pros: The music is sensational, does anyone know what song it is? I'd love to buy a copy of that song, to play in the car. The skyline is very good too, realistic raindrops and gentle moon in the background.
Cons: I dont want to turn it off, so I struggle to get my work done...lol
