From a certain standpoint, RPE Photo's feature set may seem limited, but many users will still need the basic photo-management tools found here. The program helps you modify your digital pictures--preview, resize, rotate, fix the red-eye effect, and apply color effects (brighten, black and white, sepia)--as well as save, print, and e-mail them. The work flow to resize and arrange photos for a printed page is particularly straightforward. However, the interface isn't as graceful handling folders bulging with photos. PC novices who have just bought their first digital cameras will likely find RPE Photo an easy solution to the issues they face.

"Puts "MONEYMAN.COM" WATERMARK on your pictures!"

Pros: There are NO PROS.

Cons: I didn't even bother to use it, because why waste ink and paper when there's going to be a water mark across the middle of the picture??

Summary: Don't waste your time downloading this~!
