From a certain standpoint, RPE Photo's feature set may seem limited, but many users will still need the basic photo-management tools found here. The program helps you modify your digital pictures--preview, resize, rotate, fix the red-eye effect, and apply color effects (brighten, black and white, sepia)--as well as save, print, and e-mail them. The work flow to resize and arrange photos for a printed page is particularly straightforward. However, the interface isn't as graceful handling folders bulging with photos. PC novices who have just bought their first digital cameras will likely find RPE Photo an easy solution to the issues they face.

Minimal enough for the tech phobic with cameras
LaurieEmDecember 18, 2009
Pros
Cameras ought to come with junior, zero learning curve software, but they don't. This is extremely easy to use, and will prevent emailing of 3M photos. Because of that, it's worth the 30 bucks: I haven't found another as easy.
Cons
Doesn't remember last folder used. Therefore, place your folders wisely.
Summary
Everybody's switching to digital cameras, even people who have never learned to navigate their file systems. They need a simple program. This one isn't great, but it is easy.
Puts "MONEYMAN.COM" WATERMARK on your pictures!

Pros
There are NO PROS.
Cons
I didn't even bother to use it, because why waste ink and paper when there's going to be a water mark across the middle of the picture??
Summary
Don't waste your time downloading this~!
