I downlaoded this to help me do by design tech coursework and it has been ever so halpful, i just wish i had seen it when a started the course so i could have benifitted from it the whole way through!
Cons
With teh free trial you can only sue a certain amount of boxes, but thats fair enough as it is free!

This program makes creating organizational charts quick and painless. Nice function of centering everything on your page. Trial version does limit size of chart, but if you are a small to medium size company...it should be sufficient.
