Prospector is a contact and support manager for business (software companies, ISP's, sales of any kind) or clubs, churches, reunions. Prospector will track unlimited schedules for each contact. You may optionally track credit card information, shipping information, and unlimited support records. There are user defined fields to customize the program to meet your criteria. You may also send immediate e-mails or letters from each contact, as well as send general e-mails to selected contacts. There is also a complete set of features to import and/or export contact information. Supported file formats are ASCII, flat ASCII, dbase, and Excel. You may also export contacts to HTML. Program is exceptional for software companies or doing support at ISP's, but is generic enough to be used for any kind of contact management situation.

Version 2.3b may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Version: Prospector 2.3b

"This program has made me money with less work."

Pros: I find it's very easy to add contacts and find them again by many kinds of search tabs. Scheduling and re-scheduling calls has been effortless. With my small software company I have to track all support calls and have access to that information very quickly and Prospector does that. I have used the campaign manager which worked very well. I recommend this program.
