PromaSoft AutoResponder is an e-mail automation tool dealing with incoming and outgoing e-mail. Compare it with a secretary taking care of all the tedious and time-consuming tasks that you are faced with in day-to-day e-mail. It's an Internet e-mail business tool that will automatically process incoming mail on your POP accounts. Based on several parameters the user specifies, PromaSoft AutoResponder will send personalized autoresponses and perform other actions such as data extraction into contact databases. PromaSoft AutoResponder allows you to perform totally automated and personalized follow-up mailings. Support for user scripts and plug-ins further increases the potential of the application. Other features include automated MSN Messenger messages, dynamic e-mail content, WYSIWYG HTML editor, an advanced scheduler, Web form handling, dial-up support, attachments, and forwarding.
