ProgDVB (64-bit) software has options for working with network broadcasting and Audio/Video recording of the stream to different digital-media formats.
What's new in this version: Version 6.85 includes improvements of startup time.

Pros
none, there is no interest for me.
Cons
There was nothing of interest. They are just trying to sell people their fee based program.
