This application prevents users from accessing sites that are deemed unsuitable, though it doesn't have a preloaded list of sites and doesn't block sites by keywords. Pre Safe Browser offers a very comprehensible interface that is password-protected and is only accessible through a hot-key combo. The program allows you to add URLs to the block list, and restrictions are instantly applied. However, it doesn't allow you to create a keyword list to block sites with offensive content. Pre Safe Browser doesn't create any shortcuts and can't be found in the Add or Remove Programs list, but these preventive measures didn't prove adequate as we managed to terminate the program from the Task Manager. The minimal feature set and security flaw forces us to put this download at the bottom of our list, especially with the wide range of more comprehensive and effective security applications on the market.
