"For HD Video this program is next to excellent"
Pros: For HD Video I've used Nero Vision, Corel Video Studio 12 & Power Director 8 all of which are useless. This program does the job and does it well.
Cons: It's a little slow but that's probably to be expected when dealing with HD. Difficult to get some of the menus working and the fact that transitions and subtitles have to be prerendered is irritating.

Pros: Well everything is nice till
Cons: It constantly crashes. "Pinnacle Studio has find a problem and needs to close. Would't be problem, BUT then it cannot open "SAVED" project and your three day work is in the hell.
Summary: Luckely, I have got the trial version so I didn't pay for this piece of "JUNKE". I hope those guys in Pinnacle see this comment and do something with theire piece of sh...

"A professional's delight. Value for money."
Pros: Packed with features. Easy 3 step capture (& drag selected pictures/videos down), edit & make. Each stage has an easy to understand settings. The quality of output for both digital & analog tapes (using pinnacle firewire card) was second to none.
Cons: New users will only learn & appreciate if they start using in the story board view.

"Great software at a very affordable price"
Pros: User friendly, great features, affordable price, good manual, does a great job making professional videos.
Cons: There are no cons. I don't know why a reviewer said it was unstable. Must be the user not the software.
Summary: Highly recommend this software. It is superior to the Windows Movie Maker and Ulead software.
